An associate attorney with Grathwol Law, PA, Jessica S. Keating is passionate about the law. Her passion is rooted in a personal experience related to her lovely grandmother. In law school the family gathered together to support each other and Grandma Johnson during illness and eventual passing. The experience was beautiful and poignant. This experience was the driving force to focus her practice on helping the elderly and their families.

She has been a member of the bar and practicing in Minnesota since 2004. She believes our most vulnerable, the elderly and disabled, are entitled to zealous representation and access to government benefits to pay for care when they are not able to pay for it themselves. She also is dedicated to estate planning strategies that reduce taxes, ease administration at death, and give peace of mind to the client and their families.

In her spare time, Jessica is dedicated to her vocation as a mother, supporting her three kids both on and off the basketball court, softball field, and the balance beam. She has five chickens (Pancake, Hedwig, Kennery, Hazel, and Red), two dogs (Moose and Nora), one cat (Lola), is an alumna of the College of St. Benedict, and an active member in her church community.
